Matured in French oak barrels for 10–12 months. Intense ruby red color. Complex aromas of black plum, tobacco, and cinnamon. Excellent concentration on the palate, with a robust structure, supple tannins, and a long, lingering finish. Ideal with red meats and roasted pork.
