Bright ruby red. Fruity with notes of cherry, fruits of the forest and thyme. Dry and balanced, crisp, medium bodied and very drinkable. Excellent with starters, pasta dishes, risotto and vegetable soup. Ideal with characteristic Veronese cuisine, such as pasta and fagioli (beans) or gnocchi di malga.
